The Compensation and CAPREIT Benefits for this position can be read below.</strong></p>\n<p>- $26/HR</p>\n<p>- Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p>\n<p>- 401(k) with company match</p>\n<p>- Mental Health Day</p>\n<p>- Summer Fun Friday</p>\n<p>- You will receive paid vacation days, including your birthday!, sick days, and holidays.</p>\n<p>- Competitive bonus and leasing commission structure.</p>\n<p><strong>About Main Street</strong></p>\n<p>Location: Rockville, Maryland 20850</p>\n<p># of Units: 70</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Crossings at Olde Towne</strong></p>\n<p>Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877</p>\n<p># of Units: 199</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p># of Openings: 1</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Ensure regulatory compliance with all necessary governing agencies</strong> by screening all potential residents for eligibility; performing income certifications and re-certifications; completing all move-in, move-out, interim, and annual re-certifications with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner; maintaining waitlist records, resident files, and all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to government regulations; and conducting regular, independent file audits in accuracy and track and make any necessary corrections.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>- 3 to 5 years of experience in apartment leasing</p>\n<p>- Affordable Housing Requirements - BOND/LIHTC is required</p>\n<p>- A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart</p>\n<p>- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software</p>\n<p>- Excellent communication and customer service skills • Assist with the recertification process and resident relations</p>\n<p>- Instrumental in collection efforts</p>\n<p>- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail</p>\n<p>- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred)</p>\n<p>- Ability to travel between locations and work a flexible floater schedule, including some Saturdays (Must have reliable transportation)</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend</p>\n<p>#CAPREITUS</p>",
