    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IT Consulting | 100% Remote </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engagement Type: </span>Independent Contractor (B2B / JDG)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engagement Overview</span></p>\n<p>Mobiz is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver complex infrastructure transformation and Azure cloud migration initiatives for international clients.</p>\n<p>This engagement is offered exclusively on a B2B basis to self-employed consultants operating a registered business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scope of Services</span></p>\n<p>Working with Mobiz stakeholders and client representatives, the Independent Contractor will deliver agreed project outcomes, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones</li>\n<li>Delivery support for Azure cloud migration initiatives</li>\n<li>Coordination of infrastructure deployments (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)</li>\n<li>Delivery of enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)</li>\n<li>Preparation of project documentation including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers</li>\n<li>Reporting on agreed project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)</li>\n<li>Coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as required to deliver outcomes</li>\n<li>Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)</li>\n<li>Delivery of services in accordance with applicable security, governance, and architectural requirements defined by the client</li>\n<li>Contribution to post-engagement reviews and continuous improvement activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Experience &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience delivering IT project or program management services</li>\n<li>4+ years’ experience delivering Azure cloud migration initiatives</li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programs</li>\n<li>Experience providing consulting services to external enterprise clients</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating third-party vendors and system integrators</li>\n<li>Experience working with distributed and international project teams</li>\n<li>Fluent English (minimum C1 level)</li>\n<li>French language capability is a plus</li>\n<li>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS</li>\n<li>Experience with ITIL or service transition processes</li>\n<li>Background in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations</li>\n<li>Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior client stakeholders</li>\n<li>Structured, analytical approach to problem solving and delivery</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent project deliverables</li>\n<li>Comfortable operating independently in a consulting environment</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure delivery environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engagement Model</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This engagement is offered on an independent contractor (B2B / JDG) basis only.</li>\n<li>The Independent Contractor operates an independent registered business</li>\n<li>Determines how and when services are performed</li>\n<li>Uses their own tools, methods, and professional judgment</li>\n<li>Is not subject to Mobiz internal employment policies or procedures</li>\n<li>Delivers services based on agreed Statements of Work and project milestones</li>\n<li>This engagement does not constitute an employment relationship.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Poland Recruitment Privacy Clause (B2B)</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Mobiz Inc. is the controller of your personal data.
