This important role supports the workforce community through the collection of client specimens for pre-employment, post-accident, random, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL DO:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Specimen Collection &amp; Testing\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Respond promptly to after-hours dispatch requests.</li>\n<li>Perform urine, oral fluid, hair, and breath alcohol collections per DOT 49 CFR Part 40 and company procedures.<br></li>\n<li>Ensure proper specimen handling, sealing, packaging, and shipping.</li>\n<li>Follow universal precautions and bloodborne pathogen protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Communication &amp; Documentation\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Stay available and answer dispatch notifications during on-call hours (on call premium paid)</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service at each site.<br></li>\n<li>Complete all collection paperwork accurately, including CCFs, electronic forms, and shipping manifests.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>At least 18 years of age.</li>\n<li>Able to pass a BCI/FBI background check and pre-engagement drug screen.</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Medical Assistant, EMT, Phlebotomy or other related field preferable.</span></li>\n<li>Prior collection or healthcare experience helpful but not required.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>\n<li>Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
