This role is developmental by design. The position works under the direct guidance of the Senior Estimator. The focus is learning SCE estimating standards, tools, workflows, and expectations while contributing meaningful production support to active bids. This role does not carry final bid authority. Accuracy, organization, follow-through, and growth mindset are critical to success.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Estimating Support and Takeoffs</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist with review of drawings, specifications, and bid documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Perform quantity takeoffs under direction using Accubid, LiveCount, and Bluebeam.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support development of scopes of work, inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare draft estimate components for senior estimator review.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist with bid form completion and proposal assembly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Attend pre-bid meetings or walkthroughs when requested.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
