    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Department: </strong>Monitor Room  </li>\n <li><strong>Schedule: </strong>Multiple Shifts Available:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Full-Time Nights, 3 12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am  </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Work Location: </strong>UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham    </li>\n <li><strong>Benefits for eligible positions only include:</strong> generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the telemetry department.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.</li>\n <li>Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.</li>\n <li>Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.</li>\n <li>Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
