Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Greet customers promptly and courteously. Assist customers in locating items. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service. Offer accurate product information. Operate the cash register accurately. Restock products as needed. Perform merchandising tasks. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.</p><p><b>Competencies:</b></p><p>Effective communication (oral &amp; written). Strong customer service &amp; safety awareness. Ability to follow instructions. Neat and clean appearance per company standards. Punctuality. Teamwork. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
