Guiding less experienced electricians, the journeyman will teach and apply their gained experience to contribute to the successful completion of projects.</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(216, 86, 32); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13pt\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Assist journeyman with various electrical tasks.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Installing solar panels (mounting &amp; connecting solar panels)</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Running wiring from solar panels to inverters to electrical panels.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Conducting tests to ensure solar panels are functioning correctly.</span><br><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Maintain company tools and equipment.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Completing Field-level hazard assessments.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Loading tools and equipment to the site </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Maintaining proper housekeeping, particularly in a customer’s home.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Customer service.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Ability to work out of town on an as-needed basis. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Comfortable working in confined spaces</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Install solar modules on roofs/structures</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Interconnect electrical wires and devices</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Improve procedures and practices through critical thinking and problem-solving</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Residential service upgrades</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Sub panel installation</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: black\">Other duties as required.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
