    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li><span>Plan and schedule personnel in cooperation with the Production Manager (i.e. vacation, temporary workers, overtime work).</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide production expectations and quality feedback to team members in daily start up meeting.</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor daily established production requirements throughout the shift to ensure customer requirements and plant objectives are met while ensuring HSE and 5S policies and standards are followed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Train and monitor employee performance to ensure operator is certified and operator training matrix is updated and meeting departmental targets.</span></li>\n <li><span>Compile KPI data and populate end of shift report.&nbsp; Distribute to manager and appropriate operations and support personnel.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure job training and daily job rotations are in place and enforced.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure compliance of the UAW contract, team member handbook, safety guidelines, all rules, programs and procedures that pertain to production team members.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor quality of product throughout the production process.</span></li>\n <li><span>Participates in Team Leader meetings and Quality initiatives.</span></li>\n <li><span>Daily review of process and people to identify and implement CI opportunities.</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Production.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span>Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.</span></p></li>\n <li><span>Computer literacy.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent oral communication skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure compliance of the UAW contract, team member handbook, safety guidelines, all rules, programs and procedures that pertain to production team members.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor quality of product throughout the production process.</span></li>\n <li><span>Participates in Team Leader meetings and Quality initiatives.</span></li>\n <li><span>Daily review of process and people to identify and implement CI opportunities.</span></li>\n</ul>",
