          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Participates in the creative process alongside the Marketing &amp; Visual Arts Sr. Director and Team Leads, contributing to conceptual discussions, scripts, storyboards, and visual direction.</li><li>Produces video content from concept through final delivery, with motion graphics as a core component of the storytelling process.</li><li>Designs and animates motion graphics including, but not limited to: title sequences, lower thirds, sermon graphics, animated transitions, social media assets, and visual explainers.</li><li>Integrates motion graphics seamlessly with live-action footage to enhance clarity, engagement, and narrative impact.</li><li>Operates cameras, lighting, audio, and grip equipment for both field and studio productions.</li><li>Collaborates closely with ministry partners to translate ideas and messaging into effective video and motion graphic solutions.</li><li>Manages multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.</li></ul>",

Takes appropriate action when something needs to be done.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in film, motion design, or a media-related field; or a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with significant motion graphics responsibilities.</li><li>Required: Proven professional experience in motion graphics, demonstrated through an online demo reel.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe After Effects as a primary motion graphics and visual effects platform</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve for non-linear editing and color grading</li><li>Adobe Photoshop for asset creation and integration into motion design workflows</li><li>Strong working knowledge of video cameras (specifically RED Komodo), field and studio lighting, and production workflows.</li><li>Functional understanding of audio production as it relates to video and motion graphic integration.</li><li>Proven ability to independently take projects from concept → production → edit → motion graphics → final delivery.</li></ul><p>Highly organized, creatively driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p>",
