We’re a compassionate, hardworking and dedicated team that knows our work makes an impact on our company every day.</span></p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><p>• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise HR technology initiatives supporting digital HR transformation</p><p>• Drive end-to-end delivery of HR systems initiatives including planning, governance, execution, and optimization</p><p>• Oversee configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of HR platforms such as Oracle HCM and UKG Pro</p><p>• Serve as a techno-functional expert, advising HR leadership on best practices and system capabilities</p><p>• Identify and implement opportunities to modernize and automate HR processes through technology and AI</p><p>• Lead solution design sessions to improve user experience and operational efficiency</p><p>• Establish governance frameworks and ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and budget</p><p>• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions</p><p>• Evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI solutions to enhance capabilities and performance</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p><p>• Strong technology acumen with a passion for digital transformation and innovation</p><p>• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders</p><p>• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive alignment across teams</p><p>• Advanced problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset</p><p>• Strong consulting and analytical capabilities to identify needs and deliver solutions</p><p>• Ability to inspire and lead teams through change and transformation</p><p>• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience</p><p>• 8+ years of experience in HR systems, HR technology, or equivalent work experience</p><p>• 3+ years of people leadership experience</p><p>• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HR technology implementations or transformations</p><p>• Proven ability to lead programs with on-time, on-budget delivery</p><p>• Experience implementing process improvements and system enhancements</p><p>• Experience applying AI or automation to business processes</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:</p><p>• Experience working in large, complex, multi-entity organizations</p><p>• Experience leading enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives</p><p>• Advanced expertise in Oracle HCM and/or UKG Pro</p><p>• Experience implementing AI-driven HR solutions at scale</p><p>• Experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p><p>• Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups</p><p>• Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)</p><p>• Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
