    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>WHAM is looking for a Director for our Newscasts.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform any production duties as assigned including:</li>\n <li>Direct and TD any assigned newscasts and productions</li>\n <li>Create graphics daily using Photoshop and Deko</li>\n <li>Train production crew in cameras, audio, graphics, etc.</li>\n <li>Supervise production crew on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Maintain production studio and control room</li>\n <li>Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned, which may include website contribution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience Directing and TDing newscasts</li>\n <li>Knowledge of production standards and equipment</li>\n <li>Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure</li>\n <li>Typing and good spelling skills necessary</li>\n <li>Ability to read and write, college degree preferred</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift &amp; position 40 pound lighting instruments</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">The base hourly compensation range for this role is $17.00-$18.82 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
