          "text": "<p>The Fresh Pasta Artisan &amp; Salesperson has expertise on products and processes at a minimum of two retail stations at an Eataly. An Artisan shares knowledge about products and ingredients with guests and recommends products and portion sizes. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.</p><ul><li>Assists the retail counters with daily operations as needed to ensure counters are running smoothly</li><li>Ensures retail supplies are in stock and being utilized properly at all stations</li><li>Stocks counter and display refrigerators neatly, accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Slices, weighs, labels, displays, sells and packages products per department standards and guest specifications</li><li>Manages transfers between departments to ensure accurate inventory levels and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)</li><li>Provides a steady presence on the floor, constantly interacting with guests, employees, vendors and visitors</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
