complete cost reduction projects that provide significant savings through product substitution, reduced variability, improved quality, and higher operating efficiency</li><li>Improve and optimize processes; provide assistance to production areas in evaluating changes to operation; aid operating personnel to better understand their processes and quality problems encountered&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in developing new products;
