Mobile Developer - Instawork Robotics

Instawork Robotics is the human advantage in the robotics revolution. The Instawork Robotics Mobile Developer will own the custom, AI-enabled app we use for distributed robotics data collection. Who You Are: An experienced mobile app developer, with at least 5 years of iOS and Android development experience, excluding internships. An iOS expert, with at least 2 years of native Swift programming experience. Scalability-focused, you’ve published apps used by a distributed, global user base. CX-obsessed, with a bias towards continuously improving the app experience based on user feedback and app analytics. Nice-to-haves: Experience with ARKit, XR apps, and/or data collection apps. Experience shipping production code at an early-stage or mid-stage startup Cross-platform development experience, ideally including Android and Unity What You’ll Do: App Development - own the end-to-end development of the Instawork Pro Capture app, implementing features including new CV capabilities, internationalization, analytics, and integration with our data pipeline. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with robotics leadership, data ops, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure alignment from concept to deployment.
