Y</span><span>ou will be focusing on delivering contractual agreements of the client and frontline support to operatives embedding good working practice and ensuring company policy and procedures are adhered to. You will also be required to keep the safety management system updated and drive adoption of a more Human Factors based approach in support of management HSEQ engagement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:<span> Kinmel Bay, Conway</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:<span> </span></span>Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span><span> </span>£42,000-£45,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 Days Holidays plus bank holidays</li>\n<li>Company Pension</li>\n<li>Company Vehicle</li>\n<li>Death in Service</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance / wellness Programme</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities – but not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support managers in the monitoring and management across multi-discipline contracts, with specific focus on risk identification, management and control through site inspection and audit.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate to deliver support, general safety advice and guidance on relevant company standards and safe working practices. Assist and advise on risk assessments, ensuring employee involvement and timely review.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with the HSEQ department to implement the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Strategies and delivery plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support on the development, administration, and upkeep of the Safety Management Systems.</span></li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the client and as part of the wider safety team to ensure efficient working and  the reduction of travel by supporting managers within your geographical region.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support managers in the investigations into accidents, incidents, near misses across the service platforms, ensuring they are completed in a transparent and fair way, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are identified and implemented.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support in the management of reporting requirements, ensuring all notification and reports are sent in a timely manner for the service platform and appropriate and timely reports are produced covering key leading and lagging indicators.</span></li>\n<li><span>Completing appropriate analysis to ensure both that the function is effective and tackling the most pressing issues and that management are held accountable for individual and platform performance.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications required for the role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>NEBOSH Qualification or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous HSEQ experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points</span></li>\n<li><span>Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to prioritise in a busy, changing environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient in the writing of suitable and sufficient risk assessments and method statements</span></li>\n<li><span>Good understanding of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint</span></li>\n<li><span>Team player with an ability to build good working relationships across all levels of personnel</span><br></li>\n<li><span>A flexible approach to working </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will get in return:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
