The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential Functions:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in classroom management, ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.</li>\n<li>Provides a welcoming &amp; friendly classroom environment for children, parents &amp; visitors.</li>\n<li>Assists in maintaining attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.</li>\n<li>Assists in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating by Celebree’s curriculum.</li>\n<li>Assists in managing effective classroom transitions.</li>\n<li>Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsels children using positive and appropriate discipline techniques as needed.</li>\n<li>Ensures the classroom's appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment are appropriately maintained.</li>\n<li>Assists in completing all classroom paperwork.</li>\n<li>Attends all team meetings, training, and School events as requested; limits unscheduled absences.</li>\n<li>Presents a positive and professional image, always adhering to uniform requirements.</li>\n<li>Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns promptly, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and/or problems in the classroom or school and work with the Lead teacher and Director to resolve them.</li>\n<li>Maintains confidentiality regarding families, co-workers, and self.</li>\n<li><span>Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups.</span></li>\n<li><span>Other tasks as assigned by management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Demands:</p>\n<p>The physical demands are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the job's essential functions successfully.
