The specific responsibilities and duties vary slightly between locations, as well as from shift to shift. These expectations will be communicated during the site-specific orientation. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Assess residents and/or patients to identify appropriate interventions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary health team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in resident’s and/or patient’s conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Provide wound care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Manage personal support workers and delegate tasks to the appropriate members. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ensure the health, safety, welfare, and independence of residents and/or clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety regulations set by the province, as well as the policies and procedures of Superior Staff it and any partnered homes. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;
