Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Support Superintendents in all phases&mdash;from pre-construction through closeout</li><li>Assist with schedule development and updating using MS Project</li><li>Help manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopes</li><li>Coordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requirements</li><li>Attend pre-construction meetings and support jobsite setup activities</li><li>Support document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification compliance</li></ul><p><strong>Project Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications</li><li>Participate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy</li><li>Maintain project documentation using construction management software</li><li>Help manage the material delivery schedule and submittal approval timelines</li><li>Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Client + Team Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings&mdash;take minutes and follow up on action items</li><li>Communicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendors</li><li>Build positive relationships with project stakeholders through professionalism and trust</li><li>Act as a problem-solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction</li><li>Familiarity with project scheduling and construction documentation Proficiency in</li><li>Microsoft Office;
