We invite you to explore a career with Wellbridge and are proud to offer comprehensive and affordable benefits including lifestyle perks such as free cafeteria service and an on-site gym/wellness center!</td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Sr. Outreach Representative - Full Time. &nbsp;NYC/5 Boroughs</p><p>The Senior Outreach Representative is responsible for the planning, developing, and executing of strategic business development initiatives to support Wellbridge&rsquo;s objectives and goals, with specific focus on driving volume and creating relationships with referral sources. Identifies, develops, and manages strategic relationships with a focus on hospitals, emergency medical service providers, and clinicians.  </p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Assist the VP of Business Development in mentoring and on-the-road training with members of the business development team.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Identifies and develops new business opportunities for Wellbridge from initial planning to execution. </li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Ensures that business development policies, strategies, systems, structure, and approaches align with Wellbridge&rsquo;s strategic priorities related to organizational growth, admissions/census goals and program development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Identifies, develops, maintains, and leverages strategic business relationships and networking opportunities with entities including but not limited to physicians, medical/group practices, hospital&rsquo;s clinics, business leaders, community-based organizations, professional organizations, and government agencies, leading to new referral source relationships and name and service recognition for Wellbridge.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Collaborates with Wellbridge leadership staff to develop and implement growth initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Supports overall strategic marketing plan and becomes involved in marketing tactics as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW227642982 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW227642982 BCX0\">Becomes </span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW227642982 BCX0\">involved in conferences and symposiums that will extend the reach of the business.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Coordinates special projects and events related to referral development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Works with Salesforce to ensure data reporting isaccurate and activities are measured.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Complies with legal and regulatory compliance requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Maintain a safe and caring environment, delivering care in a culturally sensitive manner and consistent with Wellbridge mission,vision, and values</li></ul><p>OTHER DUTIES:  </p><p>This job description is intended to provide general guidance and not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of relevant activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
