The Lead Sales Associate ensures the sales floor is well-organized, customers receive excellent service, and team members are supported in achieving performance expectations. The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quotas and goals by performing the following duties:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following.</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assigns duties, schedules shifts and breaks, and ensures adequate floor coverage</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Trains and supervises staff on store policies and job duties</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Orders and inspects merchandise, supplies, and equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tracks deliveries, check for accuracy and reports discrepancies</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare sales and inventory reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure accuracy in sales and cash handling</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handles customer complaints, returns and service issues professionally</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist staff with complex sales and customer service tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meets or exceeds sales goals my managing daily store operations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain regular communication with store leadership</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports donation and production operations as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains a safe work environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
