For more information, you may visit&nbsp;<a href=\"https://pearsonbenefitsus.com/new-employees/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">https://pearsonbenefitsus.com/new-employees/</a>.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability and Voluntary Long-Term Disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal days per the NCS Pearson policies.</li>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match.</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan (bi-annual enrollment).</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement.</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Company-paid life insurance and business travel insurance benefits.&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> &nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Schedule Requirements</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Our ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>This position is benefit eligible.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work<b> ​30-40 hours per week</b> with an expectation to work more hours as needed.  Employees must be available to work various shifts between the hours&nbsp;of&nbsp;<b>7am to 10 pm, ​ various shifts as scheduled, any day Monday through Saturday</b>. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work approximately <b>​2 - 3 Saturdays per month</b>.&nbsp;Sunday shifts would be infrequent, but a&nbsp;possibility&nbsp;if the need arises. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Available to address operational problems when not at test center. &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities</b> &nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>60% of daily tasks are Test Administrator responsibilities:</u> &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.</li>\n <li>Performs on-time site opening and closing procedures. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understands all testing procedures. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Checks in examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitors examinees while testing. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintains a secure testing environment. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicates with internal technical support to investigate and fix technical issues. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining a professional and clean testing center with light&nbsp;housekeeping duties. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p> &nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>40% of daily tasks are Test Center Manager responsibilities:</u> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Test Center Manager is the onsite manager of a small team of Test Administrator employees.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Site staffing/hiring/retention/conflict resolution/scheduling.   &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Trains, develops, and coaches staff.   &nbsp;</li>\n <li>First contact for facility issues. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Qualifications&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one year customer service experience preferred. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>One year supervision experience in customer service preferred. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Team leading and training skills, and exposure to a testing environment are strongly preferred. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, delivered with focused attentiveness and moderate interaction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be flexible in work hours and days. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner and handle a reasonable amount of stress.   &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, Internet, and email.  &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to operate a computer and telephone. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a quiet, focused environment​ and hear words spoken in soft voices. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to&nbsp;lift up&nbsp;to 20&nbsp;lbs&nbsp;on occasion. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time while escorting candidates back and forth, up to 50-100 times per scheduled shift, to and from the testing room.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift from a stooped position. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to see small details at a distance. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to see names clearly on&nbsp;ID&nbsp;cards and the computer screen.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
