Healthy Cash Flow</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare and process monthly owner billing packages, including pay applications, schedules of values, sworn statements, lien waivers, and supporting documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor receivables, retainage, and collections to help maintain strong project cash flow.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support Project Financial Performance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze job costs and identify trends, discrepancies, or potential financial risks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with project forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support monthly close processes and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Partner Across Teams</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build strong relationships with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide guidance to project teams on accounting procedures, billing requirements, and financial processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a proactive partner in solving accounting and project-related challenges.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Ensure Compliance &amp; Accuracy</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage subcontractor compliance documentation including insurance, lien waivers, and contract requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help maintain strong accounting controls and accurate project documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support audits and special accounting projects as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or equivalent required;
