    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Following, respecting &amp; establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace</li><li>Ensuring the inspection &amp; plant maintenance is being executed using proper techniques.</li><li>Ensuring adherence to planned cost &amp; timeline.</li><li>Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment.</li><li>Developing technical specification for equipment / material for purchases and for subcontracting in SAP.</li><li>Ensuring jobs are executed in safely as per company protocols &amp; with required quality.</li><li>Handling CAPEX projects and delivery on time.</li><li>Erection and commissioning of green field projects with Calderys safety and quality standards.</li><li>Adopting the operational excellence culture as and when required. Co-ordination and compliance of Internal &amp; External audits and statutory requirements.</li><li>General store management &amp; scrap disposal</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge on Utilities like Screw compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, firefighting systems etc</li><li>Knowledge on rotary equipment like fans, impellers etc</li><li>Knowledge on material conveying systems like belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, EOT cranes, Packaging machines etc</li><li>Knowledge on maintenance KPIs &nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge on pollution control equipment like bag filters, scrubbers etc</li><li>Perseverant, results/action oriented</li><li>Able to create value</li><li>Well-organised, able to handle multiple priorities and flexible.</li><li>Strong creative mind-set, self-starter, team player, strategic thinker</li><li>Ability to interpret basic financial data.</li><li>Excellent communication, able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations</li><li>Ability to lead and deal with senior managers across organisation</li><li>Good management skill-Computer literate with advanced level in MS Excel and Power-point.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Essential: BTech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in refractory industries or cement industries.</li><li>Preferred: Work experience in refractory industries</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p>",
