    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">This Senior Coverage Director position is an individual contributor role on the Coverage &amp; Complex Claims coverage litigation team and requires a high degree of specialized and technical competence managing Property coverage litigation and arbitration involving Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Builders Risk policies.&nbsp; This position requires some travel, as well as coordinating with and servicing both internal and external business partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Responsibilities:</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Selection of and management of outside counsel with respect to coverage litigation and arbitration.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Management and oversight of all aspects of coverage litigation and arbitration including development of litigation and resolution strategies.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Management of discovery requests.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Attendance at deposition prep, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences and trials.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Pre-litigation review of complex coverage issues.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Identifying litigation trends and developing opportunities to address these trends.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Developing and maintaining a productive engagement and business relationship with Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial and Re-insurance partners.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Proactively participate, and occasionally lead, in the development of training opportunities, including preparing training materials, and coordinating/presenting presentations.</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p>",
