If you have a strong background in revenue recognition and financial reporting, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic organization.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Record and analyze revenue transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition, including complex fee-for-service, wrap services, capitation, cost reporting, non-patient-related revenue and grant terms&nbsp;</li><li>Capture entries for multiple subsidiaries&nbsp;</li><li>Reconcile revenue accounts and prepare supporting documentation for claims, audits and internal reviews&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as revenue cycle, grants, and finance to ensure proper revenue recognition&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to revenue&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices&nbsp;</li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to revenue accounting&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Overview:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage:</strong> Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits.
