Responsibilities include but are not limited to Matterport scanning, LiDAR capture, floor plan measurements, virtual tours, spatial documentation, and file management. A 3D Capture Specialist utilizes technical precision, operational consistency, and strong communication skills to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the standards and core values of Aerial Canvas. They are expected to operate independently, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management and accountability.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete 3D scanning, floor plans, and spatial capture services on site for clients.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Operate 3D and 360 equipment, including LiDAR-based scanning tools.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Upload scan data and communicate any and all applicable field notes to respective team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify and determine the best scanning and spatial documentation solutions while completing our services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner throughout the Bay Area and additional markets as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Communicate professionally with clients and on-site contacts remotely and in person.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare, maintain, and manage company scanning equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain calendar accuracy for scheduling and time tracking purposes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate property documentation, measurements, and scan quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in approved and/or required training and development opportunities.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills is a must.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid Driver’s License required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to function independently with a high degree of autonomy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Platform proficiency in Slack, Monday, Google Suite, and Dropbox preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience with Matterport, LiDAR technology, 3D scanning, or spatial mapping is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to stand for extended periods. <br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">WORK HOURS<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) hourly, non-exempt position. Weekend availability is required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST.
