This role requires direct involvement in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and building systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In addition to leading the maintenance team, this position actively performs mechanical, electrical, and facilities work, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and compliant operating environment. The role also manages capital and non-capital projects, ensuring execution meets safety, schedule, budget, and design requirements.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Major Duties and Requirements</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Hands-On Maintenance &amp; Technical Execution (Primary Focus)</li><li>Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures, including emergency breakdowns.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including inspections and system testing.&nbsp;</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and modification of production equipment and facility systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform electrical and controls troubleshooting (PLC/HMI) as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with fabrication, equipment modifications, and minor engineering changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, and operational condition.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Maintenance Supervision &amp;
