Bachelor's or Master’s Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Designing and developing architecture solutions for complex applications and IT systems.<br></li>\r\n<li>Identifying future technology and architectural advancements to support architectural strategy, technology migration, and integration and evolution.<br></li>\r\n<li>Providing strategic direction, roadmap and standards within area of responsibility.<br></li>\r\n<li>Developing high-level system specifications.<br></li>\r\n<li>Creating and maintaining architecture design and standards.<br></li>\r\n<li>Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems.<br></li>\r\n<li>Model-Based System Engineering principles<br></li>\r\n<li>Enterprise Architecture frameworks and principles<br></li>\r\n<li>Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) support<br></li>\r\n<li>Use of Digital Twin to enable virtual designs<br></li>\r\n<li>Ensuring developed systems comply with the enterprise technical architecture<br></li>\r\n<li>Assisting in keeping senior management apprised of project or program status<br></li>\r\n<li>Assisting project and program teams in preparing for program management reviews</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preferred Education, Experience, &amp; Skills</span><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span> </span>IT system automation to include artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML)</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Experience with automated testing</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, etc.)</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) on iterative development projects</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Cloud design, implementation, and configuration</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Experience with Windows network infrastructures including designing, installation, and troubleshooting</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Knowledge of Agile development principles.</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g. Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.)</li>\r\n<li><span> </span>Systems engineering tools (DOORS, JAMA, JIRA, etc.)​</li>\r\n</ul>",
