With operations located across the United States, the services we perform range in scope from routine mechanical maintenance, inspections, repairs, audits, cleaning, and specialty railroad services to providing equipment and supplies for the transportation industry with a niche in passenger rail. We provide these services using in-house resources, which enables us to provide best-in-class quality control.</p><p><strong>JOB&nbsp;SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Coach Cleaner must be able to work in compliance while cleaning passenger train cars and equipment as required per train schedules. They must adhere to and maintain strict compliance with corporate/office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.</p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, floors, seats, surfaces, and trim.</li><li>Cleans passenger train cars, restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.</li><li>Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.</li><li>Dusts furniture and equipment.</li><li>Polishes metalwork.</li><li>Washes windows, door panels and sills.</li><li>Empties wastebaskets and other waste receptacles.</li><li>Transports trash and waste to disposal area.</li><li>Replaces light bulbs.</li><li>Follows Drummac guidelines for conduct.</li><li>Keeps area around dumpsters clean and secure.</li><li>Notifies supervisor of any faulty equipment.</li><li>Performs other related duties as required or assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Requires High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent writing, reading, and reasoning skills)</li><li>Experience in janitorial services is preferred.</li><li>Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process.</li><li>Works with integrity and treats others with respect.</li><li>Must be able to apply common sense to carry out written or verbal instructions.</li><li>The ability to exert force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.</li><li>Must be able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines and can positively resolve conflict.</li><li>Must exhibit ability to read and interpret operational manuals.</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The employee is regularly required to stand or walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.</li><li>The employee frequently is required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.</li><li>Lifting, pushing, or pulling 35-75 lbs. on a regular basis.</li></ul><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Willingness to work in all weather conditions and various hours of day, night, or weekends to accommodate the arrival and departure of the trains.</li><li>The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.</li><li>The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</li></ul><p>Drummac is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a drug free work environment to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, uniform service member status, marital status, pregnancy, age, protected medical condition, genetic information, disability, or any other protected status in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Drummac is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</strong></p>\n",
