Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the level of career at which the position is filled. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Platform Products Manager that is accountable for day-to-day performance of key customer service and/or sales platform(s) and execution of the relevant platform product strategy. This role will define and deliver platform features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Accountabilities</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Platform Product Roadmap Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Produces prioritized platform product roadmaps based on business and customer needs and feedback.</li>\n <li>Develops and presents businesses cases in support of the prioritized roadmap.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads collaborative, cross-functional project teams in execution of platform product initiatives, including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Driving projects and features through enterprise project intake process, governance reviews, risk assessments, and approval processes</li>\n  <li>Sizing, documentation, and compliance/regulatory alignment around product/feature requirements</li>\n  <li>Documentation of approvals of key project decisions and logged changes</li>\n  <li>Engaging with appropriate vendors, including review and approvals of statements of work and change orders</li>\n  <li>Documenting of project acceptance criteria and evidence submission</li>\n  <li>Prioritizing product features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven decision making.</li>\n  <li>Serves as a liaison between technology teams, vendors, operations and business stakeholders.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Education Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (advanced degree preferred)</li>\n <li>5+ years of relevant professional experience </li>\n <li>Strong digital platform product management experience – preferably within the retail banking space, with experience in managing privacy, regulatory and compliance matters. </li>\n <li>Proven ability to assess, validate, products, services, and solutions, including an understanding of the QA process. </li>\n <li>Experience selecting, engaging, and managing technology vendors and third-party partners</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the enterprise </li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking skills that result in effective decisions supported by rigorous analysis </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Old National is proud to be an equal opportunity employer focused on fostering an inclusive workplace and committed to hiring a workforce comprised of diverse backgrounds, cultures and thinking styles.</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As such, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by law. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We do not accept resumes from external staffing agencies or independent recruiters for any of our openings unless we have an agreement signed by the Director of Talent Acquisition, SVP, to fill a specific position.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Our culture is firmly rooted in our core values.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>We are optimistic.
