    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for supporting inventories across multiple manufacturing departments, including both glass movement and inventory transactions. \n  <ul>\n   <li>Management of products in-process including receiving, minor calculations and preparation/transporting before and after external operations.</li>\n   <li>Delivering material to different department stock shelves&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Moving product in-process to different Inventory locations</li>\n   <li>Handling the requisition of product to and from outside processes (third party processing) \n    <ul>\n     <li>Including packaging</li>\n     <li>Miscellaneous shipping order creation</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Retrieving raw material from stock per engineers’ instructions to fulfill work orders&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Handling products and raw materials from Receiving (including inspection and entering technical data into databases, generating lot numbers)</li>\n   <li>Scrapping product no longer needed</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Responsible for product movement throughout the plant, supporting the Test and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) departments&nbsp; \n  <ul>\n   <li>Moving finished product from Test to FGI when required</li>\n   <li>Similarly, moving finished goods to and from engineering inventory and maintaining that database</li>\n   <li>Supporting Test and Engineering with reclassification of finished products when needed&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Aiding in RMA (Returned Material Analysis), including logging returned products into appropriate databases &amp; delivery&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Collecting and sending out product samples for outside vendor chemical analysis.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Delivery of other raw materials and supplies throughout the facility as needed \n  <ul>\n   <li>Picking up and distributing clean room garments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Other Inventory Support \n  <ul>\n   <li>Help set up site-wide Kanban systems</li>\n   <li>6S support and area audits, maintaining the raw material and other material storage areas</li>\n   <li>Provide back-up &amp; support for the Receiving and FGI team&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Weekly cycle counting of inventory</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Perform associated Oracle and Cumulus transactions for all the above items</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; WORK EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of directly related work experience in a manufacturing environment, including inventory control, shipping and receiving experience.&nbsp; Lean manufacturing, ability to drive a forklift and/or vocational or technical education a plus.</li>\n <li>Applicants must be proficient&nbsp;with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and technical manufacturing databases.&nbsp; Experience with Oracle/Agile (or other MRP/ERP systems) is required.</li>\n <li>Applicant must have a detail-oriented, methodical approach to task completion, with excellent organizational and inventory skills.
