Your leadership and strategic decision-making skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Monitor production targets and ensure they are met within the specified timelines</li>\n <li>Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process</li>\n <li>Train and mentor manufacturing associates to enhance their skills and performance</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate production records and reports</li>\n <li>Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency</li>\n <li>Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the manufacturing team</li>\n</ul>\n<p>YOU MUST HAVE</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar leadership role.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>WE VALUE</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field</li>\n <li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field</li>\n <li>Lean Six Sigma certification</li>\n <li>Experience with implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively</li>\n</ul>",
