Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n <li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Obtaining vital signs, height, weight and demographic data.</li>\n <li>Assisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub and shower), oral hygiene, shaving and hair care.</li>\n <li>Delivering meals and snacks, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves and documenting oral intake, including supplements.</li>\n <li>Turning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participating in mobility program.</li>\n <li>Answering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patient.</li>\n <li>Transportation of the patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.</li>\n <li>Must have active CNA license in the state</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred  Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>Hospital experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
