This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong ERP experience, deep knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and proven experience supporting complex, contract manufacturing environments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Procurement, Continuous Improvement, and Project Management to support product launches, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive data-driven improvements across the shop floor.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time, on-site role based at our </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Scarborough manufacturing facility</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">, working 5 days per week.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Impact and innovation. font-weight: bold\">Manage ERP, master data, BOMs, and MOM structures</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Define, maintain, and audit Item Masters, BOMs, MOMs, routings, process plans, and job plans within the ERP system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure BOM and MOM accuracy for day-to-day manufacturing execution and cost control</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain routings, including labor standards, machine times, and setup times</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support ERP transactions and integrations (SAP, Oracle, EPICOR, or similar acceptable)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Support product launches and change management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support product launches through structured gate reviews</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to transition products from design to production and change management initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrate a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through manufacturing and customer shipment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Drive process improvement and cost optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct time studies and validate labor standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Update quoting standards for various manufacturing operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform basic cost analysis and ROI calculations to support capital investments and process changes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete end-to-end value stream mapping (VSM) for products or processes, identifying waste and improvement opportunities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Analyze labor, performance, and operational data</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze direct and indirect labor performance and identify improvement opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement teams to implement practical, data-backed solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, and throughput</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Support automation and data-driven manufacturing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to or lead automation initiatives within the manufacturing environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use data analysis to identify opportunities for task automation and efficiency gains</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and dashboards for operational reporting</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
