    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary</strong>: Maintenance Technicians are primarily responsible for&nbsp;preventative, on-demand, and repair related maintenance of amusement attractions, go-karts, and facility needs. Maintenance Technicians actively participate in daily preventative and reactionary maintenance activities on-park as assigned to ensure safe amusement operation. Members of the Maintenance team are also responsible for groundskeeping and landscaping throughout the location.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic preventative maintenance on amusement rides, go-karts, and facilities</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair related issues independently; to include electrical mechanical, facilities, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Make reactionary repairs on park in a quick and efficient manner</li><li>Maintain grounds to include: lawns, flowerbeds, all on-site vegetation, irrigation, and related functions</li><li>Independent time management to remain on task without immediate supervision</li><li>Level Distinctions:<ol><li>Maintenance Team Members are assigned designation as a Maintenance Technician I or II based on skillset, experience, and expertise.&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintenance Technician I: Skillset includes basic preventative and diagnostic maintenance tasks as designated in <em>Maintenance Technician Development</em>; Some team members may be designated internally as primarily Landscaping or Mechanical Maintenance to indicate their area of expertise or primary focus</li><li>Maintenance Technician II: Minimum 1 Year experience; requires extensive knowledge of attraction, kart, and facilities as defined in <em>Maintenance Technician Development</em> and successful independence maintenance operation proficiency</li></ul></li></ol></li><li>Other duties may be assigned, as needed</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with computers and smart devices</li><li>Experience in mechanical and electrical repair</li><li>Excellent communication, time-management, planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Competent mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)</li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate in English</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work with prolonged periods of walking, kneeling, squatting, bending at waist, and standing</li><li>Ability to safely lift, push, and pull objects up to 80lbs with or without assistance</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, varying temperatures, and rain</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong></p><p>Typically 36-40 hours per week; Overtime opportunities may be present during specific seasons; Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required&nbsp;</p><div class=\"fr-page-break\" contenteditable=\"false\" style=\"break-after: page;\" data-title=\"PageBreak\"><div class=\"fr-page-break-line\"><span class=\"fr-page-break-label\">Page Break</span></div></div><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
