This role ensures efficient bar setup, execution, and breakdown while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.</p><p>The Banquet Bartender plays a key role in event success by maintaining professionalism, adhering to Club standards, and executing all bar operations in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).</p><p>---</p><p>Essential Functions</p><p>1. Set up and break down bar stations according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event specifications.</p><p>2. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using standard recipes and proper procedures.</p><p>3. Ensure all bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after events.</p><p>4. Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to members and guests.</p><p>5. Interact with guests in a welcoming manner and anticipate beverage needs during events.</p><p>6. Maintain compliance with all local and state laws and Club policies regarding alcohol service.</p><p>7. Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.</p><p>8. Coordinate with banquet staff and management to ensure seamless event execution.</p><p>9. Maintain accurate tracking of bar inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.</p><p>10. Assist with transporting bar supplies, glassware, and equipment as needed.</p><p>11. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in all service areas.</p><p>12. Communicate any guest concerns or operational issues to management promptly.</p><p>13. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Events Director or Food &amp; Beverage Management.</p><p>---</p><p>Environmental Demands</p><p>1. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors depending on event location.</p><p>2. Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold temperatures.</p><p>---</p><p>Physical Demands</p><p>1. Extended periods of standing and walking for 5–13 hours per shift.</p><p>2. Frequent lifting and carrying of kegs, glassware, bar supplies, and equipment up to 50 lbs.</p><p>3. Constant bending, reaching, and movement during event service.</p><p>4. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.</p><p>---</p><p>Intellectual Demands</p><p>1. Prior bartending experience required; banquet or event bartending experience preferred.</p><p>2. Knowledge of standard drink recipes, bar procedures, and beverage presentation.</p><p>3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.</p><p>5. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).</p><p>6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>7.
