Full-time team members also enjoy comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus employer-paid life insurance for extra peace of mind. </p>\n<p>#TownCountrySD </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items with consistency and care. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back (yes, even before their first sip). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep the vibe upbeat—because coffee tastes better with good energy. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (think morning coffee rush levels of busy). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat—or spilling the latte. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Flexible availability</strong>, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Whether you’re building your hospitality career or just love a fast-paced, social environment, this is a place where you can grow, connect, and enjoy the ride!</p>",
