You will oversee subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their job and has authority for personnel actions.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.</li>\n <li>Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.</li>\n <li>Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.</li>\n <li>Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.</li>\n <li>Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes.</li>\n <li>Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle.</li>\n <li>Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities to personnel.</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project team.</li>\n <li>Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.</li>\n <li>Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.</li>\n <li>Track project milestones and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.</li>\n <li>Manage changes in project scope, identifies potential concerns, and devise contingency plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree required</li>\n <li>PM Certification preferred</li>\n <li>5-7 years experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods</li>\n <li>3 years experience direct work, with a team, in a large-scale project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution</li>\n <li>Ability to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide excellent service to internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Ability to spot key risks upfront and mitigate</li>\n <li>Ability to bring quick focus to key issues and priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-SC1</p>",
