Through our brands, TRIB3 and PILAT3S, we’re on a mission to make boutique group exercise more accessible worldwide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span> The Video Editor/Videographer will support the development, production, and delivery of multimedia content across the TRIB3 and PILAT3S products. This role is hands-on across both filming and editing - capturing and producing engaging visual content used within the workouts (in-studio displays), educational materials, and development initiatives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position is being advertised on a part-time basis, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for in-studio displays, product experiences, and educational materials.</li>\n<li>Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-grade footage in studio environments.</li>\n<li>Produce multimedia content combining video, sound, and graphics to enhance product delivery.</li>\n<li>Edit and finalise content to a polished, brand-aligned standard, including studio footage and training assets.</li>\n<li>Create motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to support product storytelling and user engagement.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the product team to bring concepts to life through multimedia content.</li>\n<li>Support the development of multimedia led-products designed to educate, inspire, and engage users.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">video production </span>(filming and editing) ideally within a studio or controlled environment.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (editing, colour grading, and sound design).</li>\n<li>Experience with Fusion (DaVinci Resolve) and/or After Effects for compositing and motion graphics.</li>\n<li>Solid technical understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio capture.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of graphic effects (GFX), including titles, transitions, and motion design.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of VFX (keying, masking, tracking, rotoscoping, and cleanup).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Person</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.</li>\n<li>Confident working both independently on shoots and collaboratively within a team.</li>\n<li>Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li>\n<li>Comfortable in a hands-on production environment, adapting quickly on set.</li>\n<li>Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over content quality.</li>\n</ul>",
