You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challenges</li>\n <li>Combines all building discipline models into 3D design software coordination model</li>\n <li>Reviews coordination models for constructability issues utilizing the software’s clash detection capabilities</li>\n <li>Assigns responsible party(s) for issue resolution; verifies and documents with meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and updated models</li>\n <li>Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve project issues, review schedules, or other project documentation</li>\n <li>Utilizes Reality Capture technology, such as laser scanning and drones, to support project deliverables</li>\n <li>Participates in Business Unit (BU) office and department activities including orientation programs, training sessions, and peer group meetings</li>\n <li>Supports 1 VDC deliverable under supervision</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field</li>\n <li>0-1 years of VDC Coordination experience</li>\n <li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong time-management and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge and functional use of BIM design software</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of construction documentation</li>\n <li> Strong interest in design concepts and integrated building components and systems</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.</p>\n<p>For (Philadelphia) this ranges from $70,000-$86,500 plus benefits and retirement program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
