Seeing through requirements from conception to finished product. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review and understand business requirements prioritized by product management team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Review and understand enterprise &amp; solution architectures, design server-side architecture, design implementation of new features end-to-end considering both functional &amp; non-functional requirements and the entire tech stack backend, database, middleware, AWS, and DevOps. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effectively contribute to product backlog grooming sessions and provide realistic work break down and effort estimations to build features and applications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop high quality, secure and maintainable applications by demonstrating growth mindset, fully implementing Agile &amp; DevOps development principles </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Carryout unit testing and automated test scripts (when required) with familiarity of leading testing tools and frameworks to achieve highest possible test coverage </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with testing team for efficient integration testing of the developed modules with a clear mandate to follow shift-left testing principles to contain defects at the source </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop SoP for technical and business users to ensure a smooth transition from software development to production operations </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with production support team for efficient monitoring, issue analysis, and resolution with a clear mandate to enhance end user experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in code review and improve the code with current market's best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Practice DevOps with automation first mindset, with excellent understanding of branching strategies, best coding and testing practices, build management, CI/CD pipeline management, telemetry and observability requirements to enhance production support experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct lessons learned session with team member and spread the knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with data scientists and analytics/BI team to improve data quality of product</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Relational databases such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server or Oracle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies (e.g., ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with Reactor similar frameworks are a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">AWS or other cloud-based platform development using for ex: EC2, Lambda, S3, Simple Queue Service[1]SQS, SNS etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Scripting languages preferably PowerShell</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Unit testing tools &amp; frameworks like NUnit and Mock</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Containerization and deployment: Docker, K8s</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Agile product management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">DevOps tools like Sonar Cloud, Team City/Jenkins</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Git proficiency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Professional degree with Computer Science / Engineering</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
