Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Supervisor, Collections and Credit will lead a team of Collectors providing service to a variety of clients.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and leadership for Americas Collections Team</li>\n <li>Attending regular and ad hoc calls with Customers regarding outstanding balances </li>\n <li>Escalation and resolution of Collections problems</li>\n <li>Leading internal calls  with Account Managers, Account Directors, Senior Management and Client Relations Teams</li>\n <li>Reviewing ageing reports, identyfying top debtors and conducting bad debt analysis</li>\n <li>Collections closing activities</li>\n <li>KPIs analysis and follow up</li>\n <li>Meetings with customers to resolve past due issues</li>\n <li>Partake in internal and external audit requirements</li>\n <li>Partake in outside collections process</li>\n <li>Participation in Collection Process Improvement projects</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferable Degree in one of the following: Finance  Accounting  Administration or Economics</li>\n <li>Intermediate Excel knowledge is required</li>\n <li>Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Applications is required</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP Systems is an advantage</li>\n <li>Great customer service skills are a must have</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3- 5 years in collections handling enterprise accounts </li>\n <li>Experience in leading your own team</li>\n <li>Experience in cooperation with internal teams </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leadership</li>\n <li>Negotiation</li>\n <li>Problems resolution </li>\n <li>Time management </li>\n <li>Connect with multicultural business partners</li>\n <li>Good communication skills in all levels</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What do we offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Please submit resume/CV in English.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>All resumes are held in confidence.
