This role is responsible for managing AR, payer follow-ups, and claim resolution to ensure timely reimbursement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)</span> processes</li>\n<li>Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for commercial and Medicaid MCO payers</li>\n<li>Follow up on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accounts Receivable exceeding 30 days</span></li>\n<li>Review AR aging reports and resolve outstanding balances</li>\n<li>Post payments and perform account reconciliations</li>\n<li>Obtain and manage insurance authorizations</li>\n<li>Review and correct claims to prevent denials</li>\n<li>Interpret payer contracts and reimbursement guidelines</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate billing documentation</li>\n<li>Communicate with payers, patients, and internal teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2 years of medical billing with RCM responsibilities</span></li>\n<li>Experience with AR follow-up and medical collections</li>\n<li>Knowledge of medical office workflows</li>\n<li>Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems</li>\n<li>Understanding of medical terminology</li>\n<li>Knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10</span> coding (DRG preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with payment posting and account reconciliation</li>\n<li>Ability to manage payer communications independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li>\n<li>Medicaid MCO billing experience</li>\n<li>Multi-location healthcare billing experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li>\n<li>Company-paid life insurance and AD&amp;D</li>\n<li>Short- and long-term disability options</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, and sick leave</li>\n<li>401(k) with employer match</li>\n<li>Employee Referral Bonus Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
