This includes auditing for future appointments, confirming attendance, and collecting necessary information before the appointment (such as insurance details and intake questions). In case of any schedule openings, you will contact patients on waiting lists or with future appointments to offer earlier slots, with a focus on filling the soonest available appointments for providers with open slots.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Providing product education to patients and staff, and selling skincare products that are available for purchase.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">This role will involve a significant amount of multitasking and task management to ensure that all responsibilities are completed promptly.
