Juris Doctorate will substitute for this education.</p><p><strong>Required minimum professional work experience:&nbsp;</strong>Four (4) years of paralegal/legal assistant experience or certified as a Florida Registered Paralegal or Certified Legal Assistant or Juris Doctorate.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Monitors respondent compliance with disciplinary conditions and conditional admitees with probationary conditions. &nbsp;Exchanges information with other Florida Bar Departments.</p><p>- Draft correspondence relating to disciplinary conditions and probation for Lawyer Regulation Director and Staff Counsel.</p><p>- Draft pleadings for Lawyer Regulation Director&#39;s and Staff Counsel&#39;s signature.</p><p>- Acts as Liaison with FLA, Inc.
