You will work closely with our teams, manage projects, and assist with designs, construction documents and construction administration. The successful candidate will work within the Community Development practice, and collaborate with Architecture, Environmental, and Engineering disciplines and other Business Lines. This individual will work in a team environment on a wide range of projects and scales such as planning and design of parks and recreation facilities; bicycle, pedestrian, and multiuse trails; sports and athletic facilities; healthcare, urban infill, corporate, and educational campuses; large-scale infrastructure projects; and master planned communities including mixed-use and transit-oriented developments. You will lead and assist with assignments across disciplines, manage assignments, provide urban and landscape architecture design experience, and interact with existing and prospective clients with exemplary communication skills and a strategic and design-oriented perspective. Currently this role is a hybrid work schedule, work from home and in office when required. If you desire to be in the office more than 3 days a week, then you will be assigned a permanent desk. In office work local travel will be required for attending client or public meetings, scoping new assignments, and participating in internal meetings with staff in Community Development and across all business lines.
