    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for?</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Spectrum Health is seeking an experienced and adaptable Contractor or Permanent Employee Physiotherapist to join our growing panel of healthcare professionals. This is a very flexible role and we will consider any hours you can work in the evenings and/or weekends. Immediate start date.<br><br></p>\n<p>This position is ideal for an independent Physiotherapist who values autonomy, clinical variety,<span> </span><span>and the ability to support patients in both face-to-face and virtual environments.</span><br><br></p>\n<p>If this sounds like an opportunity you’re interested in, then take a read through the roles and responsibilities and hit apply below. <br></p>\n<p>We would love to hear from you! <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key information:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> minimum 30 hours per week</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Days:</span> Monday to Wednesday &amp; Saturday</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> €38,850-€55,125 + 40% commission per quarter based on above target goal (employee salary scale) or 50% fee split per completed appointment (contractor)</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Note that this role does not meet the minimum requirements to sponsor work permit.</span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What is the role and what are your responsibilities?</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work face to face and virtually with patients who have a range of conditions, primarily neuro-musculoskeletal</li>\n<li>Independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, then provide treatment accordingly</li>\n<li>Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve their conditions</li>\n<li>Use app-based rehab to support patient goals</li>\n<li>Be responsible for medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patients’ payments and issuing receipts</li>\n<li>Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Conduct meetings with local GPs and potential referrers</li>\n<li>Assist the marketing team in generating new patients</li>\n<li>Part-take and facilitate in internal study groups</li>\n<li>Report stock levels and equipment repairs to the Operations Executive</li>\n<li>Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up-to-date CPD folder</li>\n<li>You may be required to work with the marketing team and provide them with on the ground feedback</li>\n<li>Other ad hoc duties as and when required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience and qualifications do I need?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (essential)</li>\n<li>CORU registration (essential)</li>\n<li>Chartered membership of ISCP (essential)</li>\n<li>Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)</li>\n<li>Relevant private practice clinical experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Given the nature of this contract, applicants must be authorised to work in Ireland</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours that suit you in the evening during the week and/or weekends<br></li>\n<li>Administrative support and efficient clinical systems</li>\n<li>Opportunities to work within a multidisciplinary, patient-centred healthcare team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">If you have any queries about the role, please contact 01 290 2690</span><br> </p>",
