This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical rigor and business partnership skills to drive sustainable revenue growth.</p><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Partner with executive and business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support long-term growth and profitability</p></li><li><p>Translate business strategy into financial plans, identifying risks and opportunities</p></li><li><p>Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence critical business decisions</p></li><li><p>Lead scenario planning and modeling for strategic initiatives, investments, and transformations</p></li><li><p>Own and lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial performance, variances, and key drivers; communicate insights to leadership</p></li><li><p>Establish and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives</p></li><li><p>Enhance forecasting accuracy and improve financial modeling capabilities</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Commercial teams)</p></li><li><p>Provide proactive financial insights to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization</p></li><li><p>Influence resource allocation decisions and investment prioritization</p></li><li><p>Support M&amp;A, integration, and large-scale transformation initiatives as needed</p></li><li><p>Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture</p></li><li><p>Set clear goals and accountability frameworks aligned with organizational priorities</p></li><li><p>Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the team</p></li><li><p>Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability</p></li><li><p>Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices</p></li><li><p>Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial planning and reporting</p></li><li><p>Leverage systems and tools to enhance reporting automation and data visibility</p></li><li><p>All other duties assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>8–12&#43; years of progressive finance experience, including FP&amp;A and business partnering</p></li><li><p>3–5&#43; years of leadership experience managing teams</p></li><li><p>Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced certification</p></li><li><p>Experience in large, matrixed organizations</p></li><li><p>Exposure to transformation initiatives, M&amp;A, or enterprise-wide programs</p></li><li><p>Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan)</p></li></ul><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
