      "content": "<li>6+ years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited program</li><li>Experience in Power Plant, Data Center, or Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure is preferred</li><li>Experience in the selection of equipment, materials, and the preparation and assembly of engineering design change packages, calculations, and specifications</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to both project team members and clients</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines</li>"
