          "text": "<p><strong>Who Are We Looking For?</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery within a complex, multi-site environment.</li><li>Proven experience managing hybrid environments and cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred).</li><li>Strong track record in IT service management with ownership of KPIs, SLAs, and service performance.</li><li>Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated success in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.</li><li>Solid understanding of cybersecurity controls, compliance, and audit readiness in a corporate or public company environment.</li><li>Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and lead distributed teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree considered an asset.</li><li>ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, or cloud/security certifications are assets.</li></ul>",
